Just found out I can trade more than 3 times in 5 rolling days because I have a cash account

Turns out only with margin accounts does the PDT rule apply.

I dont know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.

But it makes me think of that quote about being better 1% every day.

If I make 1% every day that is 260% over the year. 260% of a $25 trade at 1% win = $0.25*260= $65

 

2%= $0.50 = $130

4%= $1.00 = $260

6%= $1.50 = $390
