First trade ever, $TOPS in @ $1.07, was up .07/share, didn't get out. Wanted to experience the emotion of being in a trade more. Tried to sell, & bought 200 more shares. Started to drop, hit a wall of sellers @ $1.08, I closed the position. Made $3.08 on the trade, lost $17.83 on commissions. Glad I got out when I did, would've lost more (Thanks to Rule #1). 1st trade was a net loser, but I was able to experience a turn in momentum real time, so that's a good $17.83 lesson.
