Hi James, I have no personal experience with this broker. But, Since you're a student I would recommend SureTrader. $500 to open an account or £400 UK.

@TerrapinShorts Hey mate, thanks for your help! Ill try and open an account with them this week. I have just opened one with SogoTrade who seem pretty good, but have to be 20 to short for some odd reason! Looking forward to trading, thanks for your help!!!

Here are some other brokers for you : - Tradezero,TradeStation and Speedtrader. But be careful low commissions often means bad executions or fills.

@Monk What did you see in this trade to Short SAEX? Personally, I thought it looked positive pre-market, but has obviously not fulfilled my expectations at the minute.

James - I watched it all day long and the lvl 2 suggested that buyers weren't confident enough. It kinda formed a descending triangle too. Have been watching SAEX since a long time now. Shorted it 4 times in the day and got only 3 right.
