While watching all of the PATTERNS video lessons, I'm evaluating the chart action on this stock for 'real life' comparisons. Taking emotion out of trades and knowing my entry/exit goals and STICKING TO THEM has paid off small gains for my very small account.
added to earlier position. Should have waited for afternoon dip, like the team member suggested. Got a little anxious since I haven't been trading much. Could have bought the afternoon dip in the $3s and sold at $4.28. Happy with what I got and lessons learned.
Studied this stock after an alert by a team member. Added a bit more on a second buy and sold for small profit.
BROKE #1 RULE on my first trade of the year. Could have sold for a small gain at $5.92 but got greedy and ended up with a $60 loss. I'm going to re-watch that video of Tim saying CUT LOSSES QUICKLY for 20 minutes straight!
Thought I would make it rich on this 1 share of TSLA. Love these market lessons.
I believe I had to hold on this one due to PDT rule, but I got lucky and it was a wash.
