Monitoring Penny stock Newsletters and AVOP showed up. most of the communications went out this evening - but the stock shows strong volume/ movement already...as if positions were established.

Did some digging on the AV1 Group corporate filings:

Addresses appear to be legit

accounting firm mention in press release is legit, but no reciprocal announcements of client aquisition - not a major issue considering the size of the company.

Corporation filed in FL but ADDR listed at CA business park

both name and Addr changed in 2014/2015

All of the listed subsidaries's products etc dont actually seem to exist outside of AVON controlled websites. (all of them created by the same wordpress website developer btw)

CEO is Also "VP of Marketing" for a company called International Land Alliance

Interestingly enough, two of AVON's executive team also serve on ILA executive team. Odd , but not uncommon for multi business families.

Corp  description indicate its "resort/land investment company" also a penny stock...

The other executive officer has zero information available.

Considering its a corporation they have done almost no marketing outside of OTCC penny stock news letters/sites

No actual products outside of their company site

No way to actually purchase any of the products ( ie buy it on the ecommerce store)

NO mentions in general news / industry news ( only looked through the first 5 pages of google search)
