What’s up people?? I hope everyone enjoyed his or her weekend but know it’s time to get back on the grind! I’ve been holding a small long-term position in VVUS for a few days now. I’m looking for this to continue to uptrend into next week. I really think this can pop back up to 2.10 or possibly higher even without the Icahn offer getting accepted. I will stay close to my sell button all week just to be safe. It’s been a really slow first few weeks in the market for me so far but I have definitely learned some valuable lessons. I’ll also be opening up a new account with TD Ameritrade tomorrow. I’ll be starting with $1,000 in that account and I’m up to about $1,700 in my Etrade account. VVUS – I’m keeping my trigger finger ready to pull out if need be but I like the chart on this. We can possibly see some good news next week as well, which will help out. I think this will re-test 2.10 and possibly higher next week.

 

CANF – Wow was this crazy on Friday. Nice squeeze and congrats to all the longs from Thursday who BANKED Friday. This will be a great short Monday and next week. Upset that I missed this Friday but there will be more. I’m staying patient.

 

AEZS- I haven’t seen any news or anything really that would make this jump over 100% Friday. Not a great chart however this has spiked for multiple days in the past so I will be just watching this.

 

NNVC – Some good news came out on Wednesday and we’ve seen back-to-back nice days up .60/share. I can see this jumping on Monday as a lot of people do their research over the weekend. If the volume starts picking up, I can see this getting back to the 2.20-2.50 ranges.

 

I’m really looking forward to the Vegas conference and hopefully meeting a bunch of you guys. I hope that we can all pick each other’s brains and hopefully all come out of that weekend smarter and more motivated than ever. See you all in the chat mañana!
