What’s up everyone!? I learned 2 lessons today that I wanted to share. First, I made a piss poor trade on FORD today, which I ended up losing about $120 on. I shouldn’t have taken such a large position in the first place and I should’ve cut my losses much sooner! It was a good learning experience however. Second, forget about all the haters like this guy http://profit.ly/user/KOREANBBQ who will try to slow you down on your journey. Clearly this guy has something against Jews because he’s been verbally attacking me for absolutely no reason. I got into it a little because he’s a child and I decided to call him out on that however I realize that he’s not worth my time. I have personally overcome a lot in my life and if I listened to all the haters and doubters, I’d be in the gutter. If you want to be successful at anything in life (not just trading) set your goals high and bust your ass to make it happen. Also, don’t listen to all the non-sense haters throw your way. They don’t have anything better to do with their time but try to bring you down. Keep up the shit talking KoreanBBQ! It only drives me harder! VVUS – I re-bought this today as it showed nice support at 1.55 where it triple bottomed and then closed nicely at 1.60. I may hold on to this longer term depending how soon this offer gets accepted/declined. My risk is only .05/share and my upside is nearly .50/share. I’m hoping to see this hold in the high 1.50’s or low 1.60’s until we hear news about the offer.

 

FORD – I took a bad loss on this today. I bought in at 1.85 after the initial dip hoping it was going to come right back up to retest 1.95 and hopefully 2. That wasn’t the case as it continued to drop. I should have cut my losses after that next dip but I was hoping for another spike…WRONG. Dipped again where eventually I cut my losses. This is a good learning experience for me though. I know that I have to be quicker with my exit plans.

 

I will probably only be focusing on these 2 stocks as of now. There wasn’t really a lot going on today and I probably should have just stayed away from FORD but what can you do? I will look to see what’s going on in p/m tomorrow morning and if there’s anything worth playing. As of now I’m trying to stay patient as should all of you. Thanks again!
