Happy Monday everyone! I hope everyone had a great start to the week! My day was decent…I made roughly $40 today but I absolutely nailed MCEP right off my watch list, which felt pretty good. I unfortunately lost and wasted a day trade on ARO when I thought I was going to go supernova for a third leg, but it failed and I cut my loss quickly. I also got into a much larger position than I normally do in GRPN. I took out 400 shares or roughly 30% of my total account and I’m looking for this to gap up in the morning similar to the last time it got a big time investment from a big time investor. Here’s what I’ll be watching tomorrow and good luck!

GRPN – After getting a $250 million dollar investment today, it spiked up 10% and I bought at the close at $4.36. This was a pretty large investment here (34% of my total account) and I’m looking for this to gap up in the morning. I called this perfectly last time when they got $95 million from BABA and it went from under $3 to nearly $5.50. I’m not going to miss it this time when it gets a $250 million investment from another large investor (Former CFO of Comcast). I don’t see why this can’t get close to that $5.50ish level again tomorrow or Wednesday so I got in late today as it was holding most of it’s gains.
STXS – This is up today on good news that US hospitals have now surpassed 1000 procedures using the Niobe® system. The news was first thing in the morning but this didn’t really start running until the afternoon where it spiked twice before fading into the close. There looks like there may be some support at $1.50 and I would love for this to dip to that level in the morning before ramping up to the $2-2.50 range. This was up to $1.85 in the AH so let’s see how this goes tomorrow. I’d love to see a dip in PM or first thing in the morning and then a ramp up above $2.
GALE – This just keeps going since the beginning of March. Reminds me a little of HMY when it just kept going and going and going with small pullbacks along the way. I wouldn’t be surprised if this broke out above $2 and made its ways towards $2.40, if it breaks out above that level, this could really start to run big. If we get a nice pull back, ideally entry would be $1.50, but I don’t think it’ll get there. If it drops below $1.70 or anywhere close to $1.62, I’ll dip buy that. If it starts running in the morning, I will not look to chase.
NAVB – I think this has the potential to really run tomorrow if we can get some more volume than we had today. The FDA approved this company to begin clinical trial development process for their IV injection in rheumatoid arthritis and several other disease states. From a technical standpoint, this broke out above multi month resistance and now the next big resistance level is $1.45-$1.50ish. Lot of people short here and they could get squeezed tomorrow so watch this close.
IMNP – Here’s an earnings winner that has been on a 3-day uptrend since earnings and is trying to breakout above multi-month resistance. There isn’t much volume on average here so I may look to swing this over the course of a week or so...good thing I only have 1 day trade left because it forces me to look for potential plays like this. I’d love to see this keep going and breakout above $0.63 and then this thing can really move. There is a good chance this does absolutely nothing tomorrow so it’s not a top watch.
Also on radar: UA, AVXL, VLTC, AQXP, TGD
@HebrewHammer ok thanks dude! appreciate the answer
GRPN has been very very slow I'm long in it. Was in at 4.29. Not sure if to hold it over night and see if the news gets more attention to many big sellers today or just take a bit of a lost
@Jvill051 I'm holding o/n. Overall market was down today and it actually held up pretty nice after the initial drop. Ideally, i'd like a $4.40 breakout today in power hour. This last hour will say a lot here.
Yea that's what I'm shooting for to. Let's see fingers crossed
