***I am using this blog as a journal to document my journey through stock trading. I am using it as a tool for me to look back on and review to make me a better trader. I am also a better learner when I write things down. If it helps someone else along the way, great! I welcome comments, answers to my questions, and critical commentary on my actions.***
7:19 AM - Got a little later start today but I still have plenty of time to prepare for the day. Time to build my watch list for the day. I have ORACLE fired up to assist with this process.
7:56 AM - Initial watch list complete. Looking at $ZOM, TTI, and KTOV primarily but also keeping a close eye on $MARK. I am sticking with stocks under $1 due to my small sized trading account. I want to be able to get as many shares as possible within the constraints of my buying power.
Goal for the day is to be patient and make wise trading decisions with 15-30% upside.
8:11 AM - Watching another Rayner Teo video on Youtube. If you have not seen his videos you should give him a look. He explains things very well.
9:30 AM - STT CRASHED again. . .About done with this! Have now restarted it twice.
10:10 AM - Have not found anything worthwhile as of yet. Patiently looking. . .
11:09 AM - Bought 1000 shares of $RTTR at .452 Not expecting much here. . .
11:28 AM - Sold RTTR at .473 for a very small gain.
12:24 PM - Totally missed the boat on $RTTR and sold too early. It is skyrocketing above .60 now on high volume.
12:33 PM - Bought 1000 $RTTR at.664 and now I am regretting it. DO NOT CHASE!!!
12:46 PM - Sold at a loss @.576. Lesson learned. Do Not Chase the price.
5:01 PM - Had to walk away and collect myself. I was so mad I emotionally got back into $RTTR at a high price. . .
As long as I learn from my mistakes and move on. Will be watching some more training videos this evening and planning for tomorrow.
The best thing is to recognize your mistakes and learned from it. I, too, make same mistakes, but if you are patient enough RTTR pretty much uptrending the whole day. I read somewhere: be patient for profit, get out fast from losses
