Late post from yesterday...

Wanted to trade GSAT.  Wrote down my entry, risk, exit, etc. Got mentally prepared for "battle." Put the food away, cleared the desk of everything not related to the immediate trade (basically just had my computer, notes, and a pen).

But...the price action went against me from the start. Therefore: no trade.  

Now I understand what Tim means when he says, "Sometimes the best trade is NO TRADE."

Basically, don't chase a ghost.  Don't jump in just for the "action."  Have a thesis. Make a plan. STICK TO THE PLAN. 

And when in doubt, get out...or in this case, don't even get in.
