...how many times in your life have you seen the sunrise or sunset? Exactly its totally predictable. How many times have you seen a volcano erupt? Exactly, its a pure spectacle hard to grasp.
Why is $KBIO so volatile?
The float has never changed so far its about 700k, but the players sharing the float have exponentially increased.
So the $KBIO rules to the game are: almost everyone was short on this stock so there are not many sellers out there. But now lots of brokers have shares to short which makes the game interesting...so the shorters sell to the buyers which are mostly previous shorts trying to cover. Spiking the stock higher cause of the low float that scares the new shorts trying to cover so buying it from the newly attracted shorters and the cycle goes on and on ;)
On the chart the stock has double bottomed and also double topped on the channel, resting now almost at its equilibrium.
Here on the 60min chart you can see prices always rested on the EMA9 and spiked right at the opening for the last 2 days. Same today resting on the EMA9 indicating another spike, if not then we know the stock is weak and might correct all the way down to $30.
Trading plan:
35$ seems to be support, 40ish resistance.
Buy: consolidation above 40 with 40 as stop. If we get a flush out down to 30 with double bottom for another push into the 40ish.
Sell: Spike into $52 double top fail and sell off. Or $40 defends for a sell off down to $30
These are my ideas but I will be flexible and just trade the chart
AEZS
Same low floater type
Buy: 10.5 was best opp, so weak open down into 11ish however 12 seems to be good support. If 12.5 holds buy it for more upside. Channel top is far away
Sell: the channel top which is high up so far. Or the double top at 13ish
Good luck to everyone...
