I got in because this stock has been running up 2 days str8. There are news out that this company has filed for bankruptcy. The multiday support was 1.50 so I entered on a G/R, thought the support was gonna crack, but got faked out. I'll try again later in the afternoon coz free fall is imminent once this truly crack 1.50.

Entry comments: Shorted this stock on the 2nd green day with fading volume. The recent pattern is that stocks spikes 2 days and panics on the 3rd. goal is 20-40c. It has multi-day resistance at 2.60 so that area would be my cut loss.
Exit comments: I literally covered 3 minutes too soon as it dropped another 9c after I covered. bah!

I bought this on the panic dip.actually hitting it perfect. and the same candle reached 2.99 right after I got executed. Unfortunately the bounce didn't sustain at all. There was just no real catalyst to induce buyers to come in. The reason that caused the premarket spike was an analyst upgrade. So I cut loses quickly. The other good part is I actually caught this very very close to the support of 2.81. Now still tending 2.85 area.

This one is dumb. I'm shorting because this is a POS company that ran up yesterday due to the January effect. While I stand by my thesis since it went G/R on the day, the heavy support was at 1.50 which it bounced off 3 times intraday. If 1.50 cracks than all hell breaks lose. My mistake was my entry timing was way off. I entered right near the lows when I should have waited for the bounce! It did bounce to 1.65 after the morning panic. That was the perfect entry. Lesson learned.

Entry comments: Bought this Contract winner after hours. After the conference call. judging from the market reaction, this has potential to go up to the mid 3's. Goal is 30-50c/share. Cut loses at 2.50
Exit comments: Questrade is terrible...it did hit 3.00 at 7am pre market, 2.98 8pm aftermarket... but questrade only support from 730am on or 530pm latest. Once I got in, the stock had already been some profit taking and 2.98 was just nvr available to questrade users. I should to make 19c/share. we will see if it dips to around the 2.5 area so I could buy back in again.

Entry comments: I entered late on this at 3.00. The day high was 2.92 and I bought in using Tim's 'buy the breakout over day high' pattern to hold overnight. Tim also alerted a buy but he bought in at day's strong support of 2.77. I had a chance to buy in there too, but I hesitated. If this stock spikes in the morning, I suspect Tim will be out way before me. I aim for 3.30-3.50 cutting loses at 2.90.
Exit comments: Not much of a gap up and I entered badly last Friday, I'm just grateful it's a win and that's a plus to start the year!
