i am using now suretrader das platform for paper trading, but the charts are not good, wich platform does have the best chart tools.

 

And i have one question about shorting, how do you see if there is shares to short, can you pre barrow shares and how do you do that?

 

and last question why do people short stocks with low trading volume i am talking about 0.4 cents and 300k volume, does the volume have a special roll when it comes to shorting stocks, or is it just when you buy shares and not when your short?
