this last weeks i cant upload my trades i dont know what is happening 

i trade with interactive broker

after i put de autentification number , it says uploding and then i receive an sms with another number code to my cell but when taht happen profitly says i couldnt upload the trade some of you guys have the same problem am i the only one with this problem?

I was uploading my trades normaly before this happen
