@timothysykes I have not had issues using my card to purchase anything. In fact, I just used it this mourning. I will call the bank. Profit.ly support already contacted me. I will notify them once I get the info.

I think I figured out the problem. I changed my address last week. I just saw the statement online and it had the Florida address instead of the Virginia. I will update the credit info for the profit.ly .
