Bought and sold quickly, I purchased in the wrong account, I liquidated and purchased again in my IRA took HZON shares to 1000 and average price is under 11.00. Bought HZON on the rumor that this SPAC will merge with Sportsrader. The Horizon group filled for there next SPAC, hopefully we will hear something soon.

Took ITAC because I liked the management team, they announced a deal with a company that will not see revenue until 2025. Cut for $440 loss because I want companies that have revenue streams beginning in 2021 only.

Small buy on GOA news of Weed legislation, got out because the MEME stocks are crashing will watch for re-entry in this or another weed stock once the memes settle down.

Sold SOAC, SPAC did not like the Merger company choice. The company is an underwater mining operation. The idea is good except the projection for profitability is greater than 5 years. I am looking for SPACs that are making money now. I will be looking at my pre-announcement SPACs and will be selling for SPACs that have announces. There are to many SPACS, holding for up to years and then not liking the merger is not a good use of my equity.

Up premarket, bought the dip it was not the bottom, cut losses which was good since it continued to crash.

INOD was a Superman alert, I liked that it was an AI play, held for a couple of months it increased but is moving upwards, very slowly. Decided to sell to invest in faster-moving stocks. will keep my eye on it.

Bought BTCS to hold through bitcoin break of 52K the stock volume did not increase and it only moved a little. Cut for a small gain, there are better stocks out there.

Thought SNDL was at it new bottom, however the following day it fell again. Cut for small loss.
