Sold SOAC, SPAC did not like the Merger company choice. The company is an underwater mining operation. The idea is good except the projection for profitability is greater than 5 years. I am looking for SPACs that are making money now. I will be looking at my pre-announcement SPACs and will be selling for SPACs that have announces. There are to many SPACS, holding for up to years and then not liking the merger is not a good use of my equity.
