I thought I was dip buying into a spike, turns out I was buying into a crash. The stock was up 10% on news that they had acquired 150,000 private shares of another company, thought it could run. I cut my losses quickly, only lost $15 plus the other $20 in fees for a total loss of $35 on a $300 account. Oh well, ill try again next week.

Learned some very valuable lessons on this trade, I must say that the biggest thing I have learned is to never chase! Tim alerted this and I waited so long because I was thinking about it and I chased when he said not to and I regret it but I must move on. I also came up with a saying to help you remember not to chase, it goes like this: "If it is going up fast, it won't last!" Thanks and I hope someone learns a lesson from my quote!
