Saw a red to green play off patent news. I thought the news could result in a break out into the $0.80s, but it fell right back into the red

Thought it was spiking off lows of the mid $0.80s and that I could catch the bounce up. Instead, it just fell back down

The $7.60s have been a resistance level most of the day. I bought a bounce off this resistance level, hoping for a spike into the close. The spike didn't really materialize, so I got out for a modest gain
