Hello, last week Friday I made $1000 on GNPX with a buy and sell within minutes of each other. When I posted the trade and selected SHORT, it made my win negative $1100. So, I selected LONG and it made it a positive transaction. Which is how I posted it ... LONG.
Can someone explain why I had to use LONG when in fact this transaction seemed clearly a SHORT? Thank you.

I'm commenting on my own post. I just attended the Bohen / Huddie webinar and shorting is when you sell on the decline. I need to understand more about this, but I have my answer.
