Update to my post in December about "Why I'm determined to make trading work"... In July we made the decision that it was time to close our furniture store of 26 years. Had to take some time away from trading to close the business. There was a lot of planning to do and we had a large inventory to liquidate so that took from the end of August until last week. Employees were all given advanced notice and were incentivized to stay on if they stayed until the end (which they all did) and they were all able to find new jobs. Now, I'm a free man and it feels great! Such a relief to not have that store any longer. I have done a few trades here and there to keep up my skills a little but plan on getting back into actual day trading and doing it "full time" starting Monday. Just wanted to give an update, as I was reading that other blog, and at the time I wrote that, this was all just a dream and I didn't actually really believe the store would ever be closed and I could do this, but here we are and it just seems amazing to me. ~Dave
