Had a really solid month of trading but screwed my whole month on 2 trades so only ended up with like a $40 profit instead of what could've been a few thousand... HRTX December 4th trade and a mistake on the 19th. Prior to and going into December I had a bad habit of not always cutting my losses quick and would hold on for dear life trying to regain some of my loss but would almost always make it much worse in the end sometimes holding and hoping for days or even weeks. My trade on HRTX was kind of rock bottom for me and really made me think about how I was going about this whole thing. I changed up my whole strategy and really made myself start following my own rules and ever since then, I feel I've done pretty well and stayed fairly consistent, for the most part. My trade on the 19th I had an issue come up at work and had to leave during the trade and was gone a lot longer than anticipated, so not totally my fault but I should've closed it out when I left and definitely will if this should happen again. Although my profit was small for the month it is a step in the right direction for me, I just need to hone my skill, keep my mental state where it needs to be and I think I've got this.
