$ELYS had AH news: Withdraws Filing For Offering of Units.

*HOWEVER: They do have 3m warrants they can sell at $.94. Although, I believe it's very possible that the big wick from the day before is selling pressure from warrants. Releasing those shares is what could have given them money to not need the offering.

They have another almost 500k in warrants priced at $2.50. So I'll watch for how it reacts there and react to that.

I only took 10 shares. 

I'll be watching for another announcement of the same news. 

Watch for volume 

I'll aim to sell at around $1.50 hopefully PM at 6am central +$2.50

I'll add 50 shares at $1 if it dips. If I haven't already sold my original shares, that would make my avg $1.05.
