Watchlist 11/29/17

 

Todays(11/28) WL recap: I had my eye on a couple possible over night setups that I spotted while on the road yesterday into the close. But neither would have been good O/N holds. 

 

$UTSI- Would not have been good O/N hold. Only would have been good sell into AH where it reached 5.41 (4.84 @close) this is why im not comfortable taking an O/N position without a day trade available. Must be able to take profits when they present themselves and even more important I have to be able to exit a loosing position. I don’t want to be trapped in something because I don’t have a day trade. Just stupid. 

$AQMS- Same as above. Good profits into AH w/ high of 4.52 but overall would not have been a good O/N play. 

 

 

Tomorrow(11/29) WL: 

 

$RAD - I was able to play this today when I caught a chatroom alert it was reaching new HODs. Did some quick research and liked what I saw. (In @ 1.76 out @ 1.90)       There is news of Walgreens buyout going into affect and the stock seams to have bottomed out. This may continue to be a good play and ill be watching. I didn’t take an O/N position purely because I don’t have a day trade until tomorrow but I think it will turn out to have been a good play. All good, I have a feeling there will be more opportunities with this stock. 

 

 

$CPRX - This stock is up quite a bit over the last 6 days, continuing a 52wk high B/O. Worth watching, has news of phase 3 clinical results and also…The Company announced that it is selling 14,285,715 shares of its common stock in the public offering at an offering price of $3.50 per share. In connection with the offering, Catalyst has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,142,857 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Catalyst.      Watch and learn, I'm not sure I'm comfortable buying this stock being that the offering is only 3.50

 

 

$CBK - Announced better than estimated earnings and had some price action today because of it. I only like this play if it can break 1.55-1.60 where it will then have less overhead resistance. Making alert for 1.50 ill watch more closely if it can get there tomorrow. 

 

Again looking for big morning %gainers to pull back & consolidate before retesting morning highs in the afternoon. Dip buys on big time morning panic setups have been hot this week too.
