If recent OTC pattern continues with morning panics, I would look to dip buy.  It did consolidate nicely EOD but no volume to spike. It is at Nov-Dec 2019 highs.  Overhead resistance I believe is in the 3.50 area.  If support shows up looking to go long.

Up 400% at a/h close on new product announcement.  It was up 500% a/h, but with with 110% loss toward the close. Would look to dip buy at market open.

Watching for morning spike on news bringing in $253 million selling off its stake in china-based media company.  Increasing it Liquidity position and increasing its financial stability.
