When I was in sales I learned a Long time ago to treat every Sale as if it were your last. ( look for the biggest gains )Don't oversell  ( Over Trade ) who ever speaks first Loses ( Entering a trade to quickly )God gave you 2 ears and 1 mouth, Listen twice as hard as you do speak.( Listen to your mentor )  Common sense goes a long way, Use it.   Love the material that comes with the challenge.  Great job Tim and Thanks.
