Overall I liked most of what I did on this trade. I am not in love with the entry but this was NOT the play to risk LOD or give it a long leash. Once I saw that resistance and I decided that I wanted out. In a better market that would not be the best play to make but in this market where MOGs have not been appearing that is the best move for me to make. Rules I did well On: 2,3,4,6,7,10,11 Rules to Improve On: Rule #4

Overall I really like this play because I followed my plan, took my entry where I liked and had an appropriate evaluation of the markets and what was really going on here. I got in and did what I needed to then got out when it was not looking good. Not what I always want to do but if size is low then conviction is probably low and that is where it is okay to start making judgment calls. Rules to I did well On: 2,4,7,10,11 Rules to Improve On: Rule #4

Overall this trade was a good step in the right direction reversal longs, the entry needs to be cleaned up a great deal but otherwise I am getting the gist of things. The exit idea could use some work too but the entry is the most important and that is where I am likely to focus. Rules I did well On: Rules #2,3,4,7,8,13 Rules to Improve on: Rules #2,4,6

No part of this was “feeling the need to trade”. I thought I saw something and I was wrong, I took small size on 2 entries, sold before my risk in both cases because I did not like the action and it was within a time frame of the chart I was by no means comfortable with.

Overall good capitalization on the opportunity, I waited and acted according to plan. I did not hold as long as I needed to but I was in the right place at the right time. Rules I did well on: Rule #1,2,3,4,6,8,10 Rules to Improve

Ultimately I got somewhat carried away. I had a specific idea in mind and when it went against that I decided to stay out, then I kept watching pulled the trigger as best as I could thereby modifying my original idea. Rule I did well #1, 2, 4, 6 Rules to Improve on #2, 7, 10, 11

Overall this was not a good trade, definitely not what I like. I don’t like anything about it from the planning to the exit. Granted it did a lot to make me feel less confident and the market has been shaky with FDG but its still not an ideal way to trade. Rule I did well on: 3,4,9,10 Rules to Improve:2,6,11

This was a play I spotted by following the trading tickers 2 strategy of “the reversal long”. This is the first time I have traded this pattern and it may be a strategy that I add to my playbook and start to feature prominently. I spotted this play by following the criteria outlined in the guide.

Overall this is another trade where I did just about everything that I want to do, I made a plan, took an entry used my head to read the chart, stayed objective. When the markets return to my favor those things will be invaluable and trading seasons like this one are going to be very very useful and honing those skills. Rules I did well on: 1,2,5,10 Rules to Improve: 3,4

Overall a demoralizing loss, I finally held and it resulted in a loss. I am at the beginning of my career but it is still hard. Objectively the best thing to do is to adjust to the market and maybe lean into another strategy or size down or continue to what I am doing and trust that it will consistently come together with what I can do. Rules I did well on: 1,2,4 Rules I did poorly on: 2,3,4,6,7,10,11
