Hey guys, why is it that I cannot upload my trades until the day after I successfully execute a buy and trade of a full position?

 

Ex. I bought 1,600 shares of TBIO this morning held it for an hour and sold it for a $300.00 profit. I tried uploading this transaction from my E*Trade account shortly after and it cannot find the trade. Is there a waiting period before Profit.ly can pick it up as an executed trade? Thank you in advanced for the help
