Nucleus - Swing - Gap play

After good data, which was presented at ASCO (cancer conference) the stock rallied to a high of $11. Afterwards, shares fell and the company did an offering at $3.50. However, insiders so far bought nearly have the offering. The big note here is Glaxo Smith Kline buying a stake. This is a $54M company and GSK is worth $100B. It's a big vote of confidence on the data for GNCA.
