Etrade pro has level 2, but you have to trade 30xs in 3 months or pay $100/month. I personally use the free mobile L2 for etrade as a backup, but use Tim's Stocks to Trade software which is really good (Challenge student here, so I got the beta version). It'll be available for $120/month in March, i believe. Do not use any free L2 as they don't update right away. In order for L2 to work, you need it in real time.

can you explain why you don't use L2 for Nasdaq, but use it for OTC? Also, which broker or software do you get your L2 from? I disagree with you btw, but want to know why you came to that conclusion? @ormtrade01

It is helpful but some people cannot comprehend it. It depends on the person.
