Best trading platform for UK traders

Hi all,

This is my first post on Profit.ly. 

I wanted to know what the best platform is for a UK trader with a small account of around $2k - $5k?

I am looking at trading us Penny stocks.

im from uk and use alliance based in jamaica.you can start from $1000 but $2000 will give you a margin account which means you can short and there is no pdt rule
