Sold too soon for a loss. Trade would have worked if I respected the plan. Got afraid because it was taking too long and felt that institutions were keep a lid on a breakout and sitting at the top filling the buys (07/26 filings of 4M purchase).
09/17 Plan: High short float over 20%; uptrend multiple time frames; RVOL 1.2 on average 2.3M shares. ATR 2.43 and $4 away from 52-week high. I am only pretty good at momentum scalping but want to improve my executions for a little more meat on the bone with ORBs.
RVOL less than 1 so will aim for lower entry and not chase.

09/17 plan would not have worked at the open. It might have worked as a bounce. INTC was much more promising. I did not play it well.
