SNCA just sold off 5 million shares for .12c above asking price @ a dollar. Has anybody had any experience of what happens to price action when that happens? Looking to play tomorrow because of it, this is the first time I've seen this.
Any perspective on this kind of situation of other tickers that shared similar scenarios would be great!!

the only think i can think of is a company has to break the dollar mark within a year to stay listed, but they did it like three times already there is only five employees in this whole company making beu coup money, its a crow pattern will pick you apart, that is all insider plays
On may 21, they exercised warrants, but didn't report until the 22nd, ie the spike, ie the sold a whole lot of stock promised to other people that they sold a long time ago and everybody cashed in, they should be broke as shit except for the insiders, five employees man, cmon wat it but don't tdrop a dime until you are absolutely sure of
@Perez351 Thanks for the info I ended up not making a play as you stated which turned out to be good cuz they didn't have any good action just as you said
