Advice on best platform to use from Australia?

Hi everyone!

I am new to Profit.ly, looking to replace my income through trading the U.S. Market, but I am in Australia.

Any advice on which charting/trading accounts to use? It seems that both 'think or swim' and 'E-trade' are not available to use here :/

Welcome! Interactive Brokers would probably be the best broker to use if you're starting with an account of $10K or more. Not sure if it's available in Australia though... I'm new to trading as well and have been using Optionshouse. If you're just looking for the basics you could try it. There's no account minimum and you can't beat the commission fee unless you go with Robinhood but I would stay away from that one. Good luck!
