[TimChallenge] VGGL will own 1.3M shares of perk in this transaction they did..and if they hit $12, VGGL exercises an option for more shares at $6 and if they hit $18 VGGL exercises another warrant for more shares

[TimChallenge] I would really watch these two companies closely. More important $PER which trades on the TSX..but none the less, I am saying watch this closely because I think there is good upside in this acqusiition of assets over to Perk and in what Perk will report.
