Hey Everyone,
With the new year in full swing, I feel it is necessary to reflect on the past. Of course, we must constantly reflect to better identify our faults and figure out how to improve.
I'm on day 44 of my Power List, which is a list I make everyday with 5 tasks I must get done that day. This means that I'm on day 44 of watching video lessons, studying the past, and aggressively improving my learning curve. 2016 was a good year, and I have full confidence in myself that I will make 2017 as good, if no better. I'm continuously pushing forward, putting in between 4 and 6 hours (on average) every day towards learning to day trade. With this year, I intend to push this number even higher and creatively come up with ways to improve even faster.
My goal is to become the single best day trader in the world. It's not a question of "if" it's going to happen. It's not a "maybe," either. It just is. After I go through all the video lessons (I'm a little past #600 right now), I will apply to the Millionaire Challenge and go through every single webinar and DVD.
I also considered connecting with motivated day traders to discuss ideas about trading and self improvement. I believe that by doing so, I can find my own fault much faster.
2016
I joined PennyStocking Silver sometime in July but only REALLY started pushing myself in the beginning of November. What prompted me to do so was Tim's post about Ray Allen, who explained how his "boring old habits" lead to his success. I considered this carefully and saw that to be successful, I would need to put in hours, days, weeks, months, and years. It is only because of this understanding that I am still in the game after many losses. The reality is that I am not the first and am not the last to be discouraged after failure. However, it is the desire to keep moving forward in the face of failure that I hold close to myself.
2017
This year isn't going to be about making radical change; that already happened a month and a half ago. This year is about continuing what I started and tweaking my habits little by little to optimize them as much as possible. Joining the Millionaire Challenge should also greatly accelerate my education, so I intend to get on that as well.
The most important thing I can do, however, is continue my boring old study habits.

We're both of the same mentality. I've been studying for about 3 months now. My knowledge has grown exponentially during that time, and I have much more to go. Let's make 2017 our year!
