Only one trade last week ended at breakeven and no losses for the week so at least I got a little better, furthermore I didn't chase trades only because I wanted to make some money. To me it's a big improvement, even Sykes and Crooks overtraded last week and I just stayed patient and focus looking only for the best set ups, maybe I was over cautious because I didn't want to lose any money but for sure I'm doing my best for controlling my emotions and that means also not to chase trades. It is also true that, like my previous week, I didn't get filled in 3 different purchase orders that would ended with profits and I have to work on my trades entry in order to avoid that in the future.
In the past I was having wrong expectations about my trading days as I was judging my results only on $$$ but then after reading Steenbarger psychological book I realized that those expectations were leading me to bad behaviors and bad results, let's see what Steenbarger says about it: "A good day is one in which we follow sound trading practices, from skilled execution to prudent risk management. Some good days will bring profits, other will not." Now with that in mind it's a different game. That book is really helping me a lot about not giving up, I feel pretty confident about a positive future but sometimes it's just hard when you see only losses in your trades...
This week I'm also going to start my psychological journal by tracking the trades in a different way, focusing on those situations in which my mindset took me out of proper execution of those trade ideas so I have something else helping me to better understanding my behaviors.
I'm glad we had this long week end so I got the chances to study more and review old Goode webinars about OTC executions and short selling as I'd like to try new strategies to see if they work better for me.
Let's move forward! KISS & CVC! :)

Thanks for sharing, and you are right. It's not about the money it's about the trades and how we set them up the profits or losses are just the by-product of a trade. Good Luck to you this week
Thank you and good luck to you too! :)
