I leveled my head a bit and stuck to rule number one cut losses quickly. But I ignored don't overtrade. Its okay to be wrong as long as you cut your losses quickly and if there are no plays then there are no plays. Walk away and try again tomorrow.

I don't know where my head was but there is no excuse or reasoning for why I was trading the way I was.

Tried to make back my loss. At this point I was completely rattled by my earlier loss and continued to not think straight.

I broke one of my rules to try to "beat" the market in the premarket. One of my rules is don't trade the premarket. Watch and see what the open market does. I broke that rule and my #1 rule. I didn't cut my loss quickly and I paid for it. So two key lessons learned one above all. Don't be stubborn and say I'm right its an earnings winner. The market decides if your right not you. You can't control the market but you can control yourself.

Contract winner. Bought in on a dip and sold into strength. I also sold where I did because of the failure to break past 3.10. I was waiting for a bid big enough for me to exit. As soon as I exited the price turned. Good move.
