Thanks Tim. Your advice is invaluable. I'm new at this and probably asking silly questions, but how do we deal with the FINRA regs of only being able to trade 3 times in a 5 day period? And also, because of my small $2000 account, I'm really only able to trade say 100 shares of a few companies to gain $68 in profit but then pay $60 in fees. I think I'm on to something because in my paper trade account I'm up more than $4000 in a little over two weeks. Any advice would be appreciated.

@dlabs From reading your issue above, I sense that you're probably have a Scottrade account. You are in the same posiiton as I am. If you wish to become a PDT, you must have at least 25K when you open your account and anything less than that, you will only be allowed to trade 3(RTs) per week which is a total of 7x2 = 14 x 3 = 42 dollars in fees. If you have violated this rule, your account will be place on restriction and you are screwed.

AEZS will most likely remains consolidated before it reaches the opening bell. It might increase 2% or so, accoding to the RSI.

Don't break the rules .... Don't short contract winners , stocks that are retracing.. Don't buy if stock has history of failed spikes
