Short Spy. Dirty trades. Worked out. WAIT for CONFIRMATION at key level breaks. Anticipated move in the morning and almost got smoked.

Shorted SPY. Overtraded way too much. Was up $400. Then lost all my profits. Then down $500. Break even. Then made it back for $588 on the day. The losses were because I was trying to jump in and make scalps rather than seeing the big picture.
Bought day gainer at 12PM pullback for multi-day week breakout right above. MM ripped me out of S/L and then stock went sideways. **UPDATE: Should have held overnight into the morning spike. Blasted through to new highs.
Went long at open, buyers held stock up
Made money back, bought push through VWAP. GNC was gainer today.
