Dang if this was real money! I'm Paper Trading...

First real day of Day Trading following the principals I've been learning. Not bad at all. I made an easy $270. And I must say...it was an easy $270.

Woke up 30 minutes before market to check Tim's Alerts and also update my watchlist. Once market opened I keep cycling through on my phone (I prefer trading on Thinkswim phone app). All while this is going on, making sure my kids are getting ready for school.

Did a quick dash to take them to school and came back and watched the market and traded for another half hour.

Around lunch time (I'm on west coast) I check in for the final market hour and landed another bill ($$). 

As someone who is a certified public school teacher....I'm a little amazed to have stumbled on something that I should have learned in school. Would have been way more valuable than the classes I took...

Anyway, I studied a lot today. Still going through Tim's checklist. I think I am on video lesson 6 now. There is so much information, but the good thing is that I am understanding the language now. I think that is the hardest part...wrapping my head around all of the stock market vocabulary & terms.
