A big mistake that ended up in the positive after waiting around for a month or more and averaging down a little. Was down almost $500 at one point on this.
a scratch trying to play the bounce. ended up going to 7, but too volatile to trust.
a scratch - I bought near the top of a high volume surge thinking that it was about to go up another $1. I ended up holding overnight and averaging down a little and selling for a scratch. It ended up going up to 11 or 12 - oh well.
A quick opening pm runner bounce trade. My entry wasn't perfect - it was consolidating around 3.7 for about 10 minutes, and I got in right before a fall to 3.5. It then bounced twice to 4 and closed at 3.5. No complaints.
A little bit of a shit show, but eventually was able to wait it out for a profit.
I had tried to short the previous days, but no shares were available. I received notice from IB that there were shares now available, so I set a sell limit hoping for a morning spike and then a drop. The top of the spike was just 3 or 4 cents higher than my entry and my exit was maybe 3 cents from the low (once I realized it wasn't going to drop to 1.2, my original thesis.
i could have gotten out at 2.07, but this never dis what i wanted, which was 10%. i had a great entry tho, as the price never once dipped below my entry point.
scratch. possibly will get back in in my ira account for a long term bet.
