BKIT - This is a Pump and Dump. The promoter pulled out as of 01/12/17. The high was at $1.24 and now its on its red day at $1.23. I looked through the SEC Filings and this is what I found on this company:

I don't know if anyone can find shares to short on this stock but if you can, go for it.
