Technicals have to align with fundamentals in order to have conviction in filings (fundamentals only matter on backside of move). One of the worse languages you can read is company diluting at "price percentage of X numbers of days daily VWAP" Shares can be diluted after a filing and before an updated filing is released, IF company is nice enough to care to update filing.
