[TimChallenge] and finally NIOBF looks like a great break out candidate if it gets there but its been trying for 6 months and it hasn't happened yet so just keeping the alert out there, don't see this happening today.. thats my speech for the day if any stocks move into the crosshairs will list my executions to keep myself honest.
