Awesome awesome awesome speech Tim. Lots of good lessons in here like getting into a stock with a thesis/plan so that if you are correct you bank and if not you know when to cut losses. Don't put yourself in a situation where you cannot exit a trade if you need to or else it is just gambling and have no edge. Lastly, treat this like it is your business and be meticulous with everything you do.
