XXII...When U have uptrending stock that b/d huge drop to key support buy the dip...VUZI..where stock hangs in channel for days is Resistance-buy when it b/o above last Hi w volume..GOGO on 1st up day after big spike buy after small dip..take profit like sniper esp. w/out a catalyst.

Great lesson, thank you Tim. The patterns, I love how these lessons reinforce the same lessons. Do meticulous research that should lead you to a stock nearing long-term resistance, with a catalyst of some sort, with volume, take profits along the way, and get out quick if it goes south. I like how these technical b/o's become catalysts because of how they pop up on traders alerts. Beautiful!

Very informative video on key levels. Buy the breakouts on stocks that have clear resistance and they spike past them; ideally with positive news. Buy the dips on stocks when they come back and retest those levels and hold.

Buy breakouts in hot sectors. 4 years later and XXII is moving again on their low-nicotine product - I guess it was a good choice on their part haha :)
