I am still very green but as you were beating yourself up I thought of the book you recommended, Best Losers Win. I guess we also need to be best losers when we get out too soon. You hit out for a good reason, Tim. You did follow your plan but also appreciate you encouraging us to stay with our plan.

I will stick to the plan

I DID NOT stick to the plan, lost $900 today. I got in a) too early, b)tried to force the trade, with c) too much size, and d)no defined risk. Then i sat there deer in the headlights without e) cutting my losses quickly. This was my worst trade ever PRFX. Hit me hard today. I will stick to my plan. I will stick to the plan. I will force myself to have a plan and stick to it. I will not force a trade.

Oh and also, i was up $200 on ACHR, but ignored that one and got into PRFX anyway while not taking profit on ACHR, had i actually done that I would not have even gotten into PRFX. Rule number 1 cut losses quickly, rule #2 have a plan and stick to it, rule number #3 take profits while they are there.

Thanks for rxrx still though a much needed 2.6K. I would advise everyone under the pdt rule who follows the weekend play to save 1 trade for Friday evening. Without it I would’ve been stuck in rgbi and unable to sell rgbi and buy rxrx. A big relief

Stick with the plan! Today I was getting chopped out. Learned from being chopped out. took a position and it was a winner. I let it run, big lesson in controlling emotions. Plan comes with emotions but also need to realize when to take profits or cut. Before cutting a winner- think especially with a good entry. Thank you tim!!!!
