great lesson Tim love the video I am going through kind of a sketchy. right now as the market environment has changed up slightly but not too bad I'm learning to adapt to it now not so many big Runners but you do still get runners just don't overstay my welcome and don't get too aggressive has been my plan

I will continue to lock in gains and cut my losses extra fast this year !! It’s a fine balance for sure to be a trader !!! I have found taking breaks only getting off screen after the first hour has impacted my trading to the upside tremendously!!!
