@timothysykes This lesson is getting to me a bit I know try not to be early and the mindset you had on the midday panic but what about ILUS in the morning and playing that one is it a different mindset on that play or the pattern is different cause being early on that panic is dangerous as well. Just having a hard time digesting this one.

"I promise to be honest!" I too am holding too long at times, then it falls lower than what I paid, then I'm stuck hoping it goes higher the following day, so I can get out of it! I def need to exercise "taking the meat of the move" on every trade. I will say, there is truly a lesson not following the rules! Smh
